On August 18, 2020, the factory of Easy Prefabricated Homes (Private) Limited in Lahore was officially put into operation.

In order to promote the implementation of the “low-cost housing” project planned by the group company in Pakistan as soon as possible, the group’s leadership decided to lease a factory in Lahore, Pakistan to build a production line for fast-moving houses before the Spring Festival. However, a sudden outbreak of new corona-virus pneumonia interrupted the production schedule and expected plans. At the end of February, under the leadership of Zhang Guangfu, regional manager of South Asia of the group company, and Jin Huan, CEO of Easy Prefabricated Homes (Private) Limited, the project team was able to overcome dangers and set off in a retrograde manner, while arranging the equipment to be shipped and installed in the factory, they are also committed to epidemic prevention and control. When international flights were suspended and domestic manufacturers’ technicians were unable to be present to guide the installation of equipment, the project team used the spirit of “ant gnawing hard bones”, studied and debugged each device, and communicated repeatedly with domestic technicians through video. On the 18th, the commissioning of all equipment was completed, and the first piece of EPH board product was 100% qualified and rolled out of the warehouse at one time.

After the factory is officially put into operation, the project team will complete the construction of the model house as soon as possible, improve the product standardization system, and strengthen market promotion. The “Easy House” project was inaugurated in the Prime Minister’s Office of Pakistan on September 18, 2019, and the first production line was officially put into operation on August 18, 2020, which lasted only 11 months, It fully reflects the great importance of the leadership of the group company to the overseas development strategy and earnestly fulfilling the relevant commitments to the Pakistani government. In the next step, the project team will also strengthen confidence, overcome difficulties, and work hard to ensure the completion of the project.
